Viceroy did have a catchy jingle with “Viceroy’s got the taste that’s right!”, and they must have hired a bundle of song writers because some of these ads are quite well done. Wow! Why do I feel like I want to start smoking again? Oh yeah...everybody is happy in these commercials. They are smoking Viceroy cigarettes without a care in the world! I also never realized that Viceroy catered more to women than men. I guess it was a sissy cigarette. Now that would be a great marketing technique- More sissy men smoke Viceroy!
